Our services are designed for solopreneurs and small businesses. By accessing our services, you represent that you are legally eligible to enter into a binding agreement.

Ticket escalation.
Warm Wave Connections provides a human-centered approach to customer service outsourcing. Specific service details will be outlined in your client agreement.
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate business and customer information.
Use our services in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of their account.
Billing: Clients will be billed monthly unless otherwise agreed upon.
Payment Methods: Accepted methods include credit card and bank transfers.
Refund Policy: Refunds will only be issued in cases of service non-performance.
Late Payments: Failure to pay invoices within 15 days may result in suspension of services.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the course of the agreement. This includes business processes, customer data, and other sensitive materials.
We strive to meet the following service standards:
Initial response to customer tickets within 24 hours.
Resolution or escalation of tickets within agreed timelines.
These SLAs may vary based on the client agreement.
Clients may terminate their agreement with 30 days' written notice.
We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment, violation of these Terms, or other breaches of contract.
Upon termination, access to client data and services will be revoked.
Warm Wave Connections retains ownership of all materials, tools, and methodologies used in delivering services. Clients retain ownership of their proprietary customer data.
Warm Wave Connections is not liable for:
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Losses caused by external service providers or unforeseen circumstances.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the month in which the claim arose.
Clients agree to indemnify Warm Wave Connections against claims, damages, or expenses arising from misuse of our services or violations of applicable laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Service City, SC.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of significant changes via email or through our website.
